Ebeneezer match sign up and training this week

This week we will be doing three drills at training. Two of them are particularly hard to demonstrate so please make every effort to familiarise yourself with them so you know how to benefit the most from the drill. Let's keep working hard in training.  This seasons performances have shown how far a play has progressed and it's all down to your hard work and practice.
